Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

    Mrs. Parten has over nineteen years experience in the Management Field. She was previously a Property Manager/Office manager for a Property Management firm in the Chicagoland area. Her responsibilities involved but were not limited to site and office tasks. After relocating to this area, Mrs. Parten joined our company in August 2000. Since joining Eggemeyer Associates Architects, she has gained experience in HUD procedures and documents as it relates to the CFP Programs. Mrs. Parten also has experience in tenant/landlord regulations with HUD, and was involved with the Cook County and Chicago Housing Authorities. Her versatility and ability to multi-task have proved valuable as her skills are not only limited to office tasks but expand into construction management as well. Mrs. Parten completed a project management training course for CDB in 2003. She has the capability to see a project from start to finish in all aspects of documentation. This includes, but not limited to HUD, CDB, IDOT, and private sector projects.
