Work includes tuckpointing of designated areas of the North, West, and South facades; removing and replacing all caulk joints; removing sections of brick on the North and South facades to remove the existing deteriorated lintels and install an EIFS system; install new cast window sill on southwest 7th floor window; coat entire partial North and South brick facades and full West brick facade and concrete columns with a water repellant; and clean and paint all steel lintels on the West side and the 1st floor exterior soffits.
